It’s best to think of our website like a shopping mall such as Town East. We don’t sell the food that is raised, we just provide the independent businesses a place they can advertise for free. This website is divided into the three basic components of a food system: production, processing and distribution.
Three organizations have come together to create the Sedgwick County Harvest Hub: Kansas Health Foundation, Kansas Farm Bureau Foundation for Agriculture and Shop Kansas Farms.
The Sedgwick County Harvest Hub’s mission is to connect you to the farmers, ranchers and growers in Sedgwick County so you can purchase the food they raise.
